HBeAg negative to HBeAg positive

Can the state be changed from HBeAg negative to HBeAg positive? If it happens, it's good or not good?

Sounds like it is good to change from hbeag + to Hbeag- when you are on treatment to benefit from Serconversion and SVR(rarely) from both Hbeag & Hbsag respectively. Otherwise it is tough to treat  a patient at the Hbsag - negative status due to the drug resisitance or mutuations.
