Interpreting Hepatitis B Blood Results

Hello.  I wanted to see if anyone could interpret the blood results listed below.  Let me tell you a little history, though.  This might help.  I have received the Hepatitis vaccination about a year ago.  I had a series of 3 shots over a six month time period.  I am not sure if this vaccination is playing a role in the results or not.  Please help.

Hepatitis B Surface Antibody QL             Reactive
Hepatitis B Surface Antigen                    Non-Reactive
Heptatis B Core AB Total                        Reactive

I read from your results that you have had HepB at some point, this is because your HepB Core AB is positive. I don't think anyone who gets vaccinated has this. But you are clean of the virus now and have biult up the antibodies. So be happy.

*** CORRECTION ***

If my Hepatits Surface Antibody QL shows reactive this means that I am immune, right?  Am I immune because I once had Hepatitis B and developed the anitbody or am I immune because I had the vaccination?

Also, what about the Hepatitis B Core AB total being reactive?

Hepatitis B Surface Antibody QL             Reactive  shows that now you are immune and you also have no antigen.

Great and enjoy your life.
