Joint pain, high rheumetoid factor, high viral load?
Joint pain is getting worse, rheumatoid factor still high. Viral load much higher than recommendation. liver is between f0-f1, everything else looks normal I think. Take vit D 10,000 iu when remembered. Would someone give opinion if treatment starting on TDF would help this? Specialists say its fine, when I ask about it they say it could be a factor but try to change the focus to something else. Arthritis specialist wants start arthritis meds. hot sweats at night, shooting pain in neck arms and right shoulder.
I seen medical commercials for your condition and they specifically state if you have hep b speak to your doctor. That’s a hard call.
