is ok for visa?

i am from the philippines and i want to travel to germany for tourist is it possible that the german embassy will
give me a visa? is it requirement for visa application? pls help

Anyway, what I meant was you are posting a question related to immigration here. You would get better answers somewhere else...

I do occasionally bark up a wrong tree, but when someone tells me - I thank them and go to proper tree to bark up. In that sense, yes I do sometimes.
