In our country all of doctors only chek only ALT&AST Hbe ag, hbe ab, hbs ab every 6-12 month for inactive carrier. They dont advise fibroscan or hbv dna until our Alt is in normal range. Because they are so expensive and not free in my country. And hbs ag quant is not available in my country too.

My last results were
Alt 37
Hbvdna 240
Inactive I am told
66yrs old. Had at least 50yrs, no liver damage.
Do I have anything to worry about re hcc.
Thanks

Inactive carrier only 3% more than not infectet people in whole life are in danger(i think so if the risk of hcc in inactive carrier is 0.06% per year and 0.02% for ordinary people)
