Its highly variable worldwide. Here (in Australia and new Zealand) women are routinely screened antenatally for these infections (HBV,HIV and HCV) as well as some others. As to routine treatment, most women would NOT be treated during pregnancy because, in part, concern about the effects of the drugs on the foetus. Usually, there is no need for urgent therapy anyway and it can wait until after breast feeding stops.

I live in Scandinavia. Here the maternal health care will automatically test pregnant women for HIV, but not for hepatitis B or C. I specifically asked to get tested for hep C during my third pregnancy, and thus found out I had it. At a later visit to the hepatologist he tested me for hep B as well, which it turned out I had also had, but it had not become chronic. The hep C is however chronic. All of my three children tested negative to hepatitis C.
