cirrhosis makes the liver change histologically (the form, nodules and so on) but histology is not very important because it is fibrosis to correlate more with liver function
actually it is not known even what fibrosis really is and what determines liver mulfunction, what really matters is having less than 7-8kpa at fibroscan otherwise you are at relevant fibrosis area.
biopsy calssification with f0-f1-f2 is mainly observational.....it doesn t really correlate exactly with liver function
In spite of it long, sophisticated and symbolic study ..
I understand it is vey good invasive technique to diagnosis f1 or f2 in liver ..
I say thank you Stef ..
i will do it next mont Inchallah ..
I dont understand what difference between fibrosis and cirrhosis ..
