Hepatitis B is a chronic illness. Generally, medications including Tenofovir cannot cure but can control the illness, preventing it from progressing to a serious stage. The medications, need to be taken for a very long time(several years, at least). For some patients, medications can be stopped after meeting certain criteria. However, in over 50% of them, the virus will rebound, so close monitoring of the patient is necessary after stopping.
In your case, you have given us very little information. At the very least, we will need to know your HBeAg status, ALT and hbvdna before treatment and now. It will also be good to know your infection history and the state of your liver from a Fibroscan or biopsy.
Most likely, you will need to restart treatment, but a firm advice will not be possible without more information.
