sigh......

this is from my GI doctor
I believe that you do have cirrhosis. You have Childs-Pugh class A. That means it's very early and there is nothing to do but continue your medication. You are like a person without cirrhosis.

I do not recommend the biopsy because it comes with risks (significant bleeding and death) and no matter the biopsy results, we would continue doing the same thing. If you really want it, I can put it in.

You don't need to worry that the nose bleed in terms of your liver. The blood tests are very good and do not show any problem.

We can repeat the blood tests and I will order them.

by the way early research on advanced cirrhosis when it reaches micronodular says it is the point of no return, mine did, so there is so much unknown and that canbe done

cirrhosis can be reversed easily, much evidence of that, especially yours if it is early
i regressed mine, which was very advanced, mine was micronodular so even detectable on US but fibroscan always needed to confirm and stage....i regressed mine in 1.5years just look at my older posts if you find you have it

i cannot reverse it totally because at my stage nodules can t be reversed in a short time but fibrosis went to none which is the most important part...having no nodules if you have the money you can get the same treatments i did but have a fibroscan you need to stage specially because it is not only an antiviral what s needed if it is cirrhosis but diet, healthy foods many antioxidants

i'm not a doctor here but i will give you my opinion. it is weird what is happening with your doctors. they say you don't have cirrhosis, then that you have .if your blood tests are in the right parameters and you have done only an echography, you may wanna check twice and try to find a fibroscan, because if it's early cirrhosis it is very hard to see it like that, and with their lack of interests i think it is in your best interest to have a correct diagnostic of your livers status. I personally took an ARFI test (Acoustic Radiation Force Impulse is a type of ultrasound elastography) the result was F2 stage of fibrosis, then i took 2 different tests with fibroscan which both came F0, and a fibrotest which came the same, but with fatty liver and inflamation, which possibly was the cause of the ARFI's diagnostic...all i want to say is, go check your liver in 1 or 2 different places with a fibroscan then you can say something about it
