Fantastic news!
Although you can't see it - I'm doin' a happy dance for you. :o)
You deserved such good news after the disappointment of ending tx early.
Congratulations! -Rhonda
Oh yes, so glad to see this post. Congrats on this. How is your hgb now-- getting back to normal?
I want to tell you how much I have enjoyed your posts over the months. Seems like when I read your first post I thought to myself - I don't know about this guy (you had been posting for some time, but I had not been reading for a few months). Then I read some more and some more and decided you were spot on. Especially thanks for keeping us all in the boceprevir loop.

Really great news mate, hope to see lots more coming through with SVR- myself included.
Well done

This news is music to all our ears.
Just what we all want to year. Enjoy every second of ait-and I know you will.
I've been waiting to see you post this. Yeah!!! You had a rough ride, but from the looks of it so far, it was well worth it.Onward to the 6 month mark.....
Congratulations, Pam
Great news Dave - 44 weeks is a long time. I echo your hope that those who have waited so long for the new treatment and everyone else will have a great year.
Not surprised here, you really deserve it Dave, Congrats!!
Woooooo Hoooooo! Such great news. Enjoy every moment.
Thank you so much for the well wishes everyone. It's been a really good day for me. I was pretty shaky when I went to the lab to get my results today. I've been quite lucky so far. I feel really good and healthy. As Pam mentioned if the result is good the rough ride is worth it.

My HGB went from 7.0 eot to 15 at 9 weeks post. Platelets, WBC, ANC and LFTs are all normal now. I took two shots of procrit post tx and let it climb from there. I think my bone marrow had enough stimulation.

thanks, I hope it wasn't the post about losing back hair, wearing white sox with Birkenstocks, or sex at 7.7 hgb :)

Thanks Deb, I am looking forward to hearing you say that also. You,Trin and my dear wife Marilyn seem to have little doubt that it would go well.
Great news, Dave. All the way to SVR now.
Another one bites the dust.....BLUE BOMBERS are the bomb!

Well, give me a link -- I never saw that last one!!!!!!! But yes, the back hair -- ah yes, that was some post.
Ps - your HGB is spiffy
Pretty good outcome for a guy whose back looks like Cousin It’s front; in fact, seriously good stuff, my friend. What a ride, huh? It looks like you’ve put it behind you now, so what’s next; full-body electrolysis :o)?
Thanks for sharing your wisdom and good company, my friend--
