1st day of the rest of your life.
Well today is the day. Started on TX this morning at 9:30 Am. Took, INC & Riba at 9:30 with 20 grams of PB , Crackers and Water, water and more water. Then ate a Bacon , Egg and Cheese Bisquit from McD's. At first start feeling a litttle foggy, but now I am fine at 1pm. No problems so far. I know this is early, but just thought I would post. I really think a positive outlook and keeping yourself busy is very important as well as a stress free area. I dont work , but that doesnt mean things are always smooth around the house. Also, went to the chiropractor before coming home and made sure he gave me an over all check out and alignment. There are so many nerves and running all over your body to different organs its very important to make sure they are getting the proper care as well. Just thought I would post my experience so far for the day. Still a little on edge :)

I agree with the chiropractic choice of keeping your body in sync. A total must ! Thanks for everyones support including yours susan. 2nd set of pill down , shot of peg in an hour :) Cant wait until the end of my forth week !
Great attitude. Sounds like you've done your homework and have a lot of determination! I did the chiropractic check too. It's easier to when you can listen to your body. Some days it screams. LOL. But you're on your way! It'll go fast! Best wishes! Karen
