ast night ai woke up stomach cramps and felt neeed to use b/r but could not . I  have had severe constipation all during treatment . so last night had fever and chilled and sweated like i did when I first started Lord be with us this is sure hardI . I have felt bad whole time  food was like off on another planet and it smelled so bad I could not stand it . taste in my mouth was horrable still is
. I am jsut praying this last short will be the healing miracle I need I so want to feel better.

I dont know if this will help but I had the same problem at the Health Food Store you can get these pills called Colen Cleanse by Advanced regularity Formula and it will help you while on treatment.  I eat Cherries Grapes anyting that helps its the meds they can really mess with the tummy!   I take 4 every couple days helped a lot.

Since your down to your last week, all you can do it stick it out.
Although you'll feel better once you stop, it takes time for all the side effects to go away. Have you tried ginger ?

To bbj2856, I know your situation is far from funny right now. I do enemas for constipation. That and lots of water. Last shot though, so you should be doig better in a bit. Hang in there, the worst seems to be over.

You are almost done.Good for you.I lost 40 lbs on peg/rib.Gained most of it back.Anus so raw I phoned my wife  returning home to get me a doughnut.She bought me a dozen of my favorites.I thanked her.The next day I went to the pharmacy and got a doughnut to sit on.I drank a lot of water.I was so skinny that when I turned side ways and stuck my tongue out I looked like a zipper.So hang in there.Let us know what your results are.

i just took peg and rib. today was last shot one week pills left. Eating has been severe problem becase  of awful taste in my mouth, and it it taste sweet at all it gags me like apples straberrys they jsut gag me i cant drink anything that has sweet taste i drink water only  . some times i drink maybe half glass milk..........................just hope pray and  want to get offf this med asap it is brutal. I know most have same problems I have lost lot weight becase of the nasty taste and how the smells sometimes sends u running to puke, like being pregnat. Thanks for inf and God bless u all

Interferon can cause digestive upsets.
As cheppie points out, drinking lots of water is important.
Also, what do you eat ?
Its  important to be careful when having constipation to try and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
It's summer, eat lots of fruit, make fruit smoothies.
Avoid beef, simply because it's hard to digest, the same is true for cheese. Nuts and seeds are hard to digest too.
If you're no longer doing the vic, then also watch your fat intake.

If you are already doing all of these things, don't hesitate to call your doctor.
