2nd shot tues killer headache today

Help!
I did shot 2/24 on Tuesday.  Woke this morning with the worst headache I have ever experienced. Feels like my temples are being squeezed in a vice.  Looking for suggestions on what I can do/take. It is now 7pm and it has not subsided.
Thanks

great idea...

a little coconutoil or olive oil or shea butter in the nose is also very helpful in keeping the nose from drying out.

Thank for all of the kind responses.

My headache finally subsided after some tylenol and gallon of water.

Since our wood stove is an insert, there is no top to place a pot of water. While I keep a pot on the ledge under the door, it is not adding sufficient moisture to the air. The inside of my nose is getting very dry. Now that I am feeling MUCH better, I'm off to buy a humidifier...

Hugs to all,

Shupeg

When  I got a headache, would drink a bottle or 2 of water fast, and headache went away quick most of the time.... water, water, water, all the time on tx

Put a big pot of water on top of your wood burner stove. Keep it filled up. That will add humidity to your home.

Hope you feel better tomorrow --nothing like a wood burning stove!

That sounds so cozy! I can hear the sound and smell the air.

Nice, but maybe a bit too dry. Can you do something to humidify the air a bit? Maybe that would help too.

Thanks. I suppose that the cold doesn't help or the fact that we primarily heat the house with a wood stove. I will be careful to increase my water intake or those 3 days.

Some tylenol and water, water, water and water...

I do my shots on Tuesdays and I've had that headache for two days in a row and realized that I have been a bit slack with the water the last few days. In my experience it is necessary to up the water intake the day of the shot and a few days after, as it dries you out the most around that time.

Hope it will work for you
