Definitly something you should sort out under the advice of a qualified doc with expirience treating HCV
The only way it will make a difference is if you are trying to qualify for a shorter tx duration, looks like you are prepared to do 48 wks and in my unqualified opinion looks like you should, from there response guided(futility rules) will only be see if you respond good enough to continue for the 48 wk duration other than that as I stated above it really doesn't matter other than stats of SVR % .
HCV RNA PCR, QUANT.vl 1032450 on Feb 98, started tx in Aug 98 to Oct. went to>5,000 x 1000 copies/ml. However on April of the following yr. 1999 my vl went down to 642950 and kept going up from there. Treatment-experienced patients:
10. Re-treatment with boceprevir or telaprevir,
together with peginterferon alfa and weight-based
ribavirin, can be recommended for patients who had
virological relapse or were partial responders after a
prior course of treatment with standard interferon
alfa or peginterferon alfa and/or ribavirin.
Just got that from: AASLD PRACTICE GUIDELINE
If your doing 48 wks tri tx it really doesn't matter other than stats of SVR %
If anything I think you would be a partial responder but definitly not naive, what kind of response did you have in 98
Hey, I just want a qualification like everyone else, don't want to be left behind.LOL I know that 48 w of tx is in the cards for me. g2s4. Just curious.

What does it matter? I would not call you treatment naive, but not sure I could put a name on you.
