S-O sideeffects

I took tx for 12 weeks starting in Aug 2014 and after 2 weeks had a tight chest & neck, hepatologist stated it might be my heart. Internist stated it was seasonal allergies but the tightness in my chest has never stopped. Has anybody else had this problem? As of Jan 2015, I no longer have hep c 1a with follow up in one year, but I still feel listless.

Ahh I had those symptoms on S/O, It was like something grabbed a hold of the back of my neck and twisted it. The feeling was constant 2 hours after taking the daily dose. The fatigue of the tx made me inactive to the point where I now find my spine all twisted. It took about 3 months for the feeling to go away but the muscular skeletal issues remained. Now I'm getting body work to help bring the blood to the nerves and relieve the damage done by what I believe was tx. The back of the neck and shoulders as well as chest and near the armpit area all seem to be in one big knot and a decrease of mobility in those areas are concerning. The physical therapy is helping. Getting those nerves moving is important to me. Hands on bodywork is helping me so far. It's not easy. It hurts after but is better than that heavy, foggy dull pain feeling. It's not easy to describe and not something I have ever experienced. Lots of it comes from being inactive as well as the meds. It started when I began tx. It's muscular/skeletal issues from tx that I'm dealing with now. Insurance is paying. It's going to make a difference for me. Then all I have to deal with is the cirrhosis.

Sorry that your having an issue post Tx.  I have not heard of chest tightness related to S/O.  This is something that should be thoroughly evaluated.  Do not believe its related to your Tx.  You need to call your Dr to see what is occurring as it could be heart related.
Please keep us posted.

I also did S/O and am undetected at 12 weeks after. I don't know about tightness but I do have a lot of fatigue. I gave into it for awhile but am now trying to get out once a day. Someone told me the Olysio can stay in your system a long time, like months. Feel better.
