Blood Test results: Elevated Lymphocytes,ALT,AST,and LDH

I recently was rejected to be in a medical study after blood  test results came back out of the perameters of the test.I was informed I should see a doctor because my blood test results showed elevated levels of ALT(146),AST(56),LDH(199)and elevated lymphocytes(3.7).I tested negative for Hep B S Ag, Hep C Ab. I'm not a doctor and don't know what this means. I'll see a doctor soon to find out what this means, but if anyone could send me some information about this I would really appreciate it. I don't know if I should be extremely concerned about this or figure it to be a routine bump in the road. Thanks to anyone who can give me any information to work with.

to study patient: I was diagnosed with fatty liver a few months ago. I am probably 50 lbs overwieight after having a child, and admittedly was brought up on a poor diet of processed foods with probably little nutrients in comparison, as well as a low fat, diet pop junkie for several years. All that I now know is very bad. I was diagnosed because of routine blood work for high blood preassure. Checked and double checked, and then ultimately had an ultra sound. Yes it can be seen on one of those. I am now scheduled for an appointment with a liver specialist next month. (the waiting really does suck) It is the only way to know how damaged your liver really is. If I understand right there are a few different routes they can take from there. I have did alot of information searching, fatty liver is reversible, as long as you do something. Unfortunately there is some sacrifice, such as giving up alot of dangerous foods to your body. Then after you heal probably just in moderation. I've been checking out an Australian doctors website that seems to have some promising information on restoring liver function, including diet information, and supplements. I'm going to try it in a couple of months. Her name is Dr. Sandra Cabot, there's oodles of information on all of this on the internet.
