I have been in remission since 1998. Liver is now fully functual. Blood tests are normal, but still checked 2 times a year. I was treated at San Francisco State University in 1997, with Pegasus and another combination, the name of which I cannot remember (it started with a "T").

We had a virus the virus has been eridicated we are cured.
I treated 3 times with the old interferon based meds but was a null responder. I was finally cured in 2015 with 24 weeks of Harvoni and ribavirin. Unfortunately I eaddiagnosed with cirrhosis 7 years before I was able to find an effective treatment
