is Uva Ursi really hepatotoxic?

I have been taken uva ursi accidentaly, 500 mg for 42 days, because I get this instead grape seeds that in spanish is "semilla de uva", when I recognise that I sow many articles in the net that said not to take more than 5 - 12 days and not more than 4 times at year, they talk about hepatotoxicity and liver cancer when is taken in long periods but didn't said how much is long periods, I made me an Hepatic test and found: Colesterol 211(140-200), Total Proteins 6.9 (6-7.8), Albumin 4.5 (3.4-4.8), Globulin 2.4 (2-3.6), A-G 1.9, Total Bilirrubin 1.6 (0.2-1.2), Direct Bilirrubin 0.1 (0.1-0.2), Indirect Bilirrubin 1.5 (0.2-1.0), ALT 28 (10-40), AST 24 (10-42), GGT 51 (1-24), ALP 110 (31-183), LDH 122 (91-180). I made me a check up in december 3 and I had increased the Bilirrubines TB 2.42 (0-1.1), BD 0.59 (0-0.3) BI 1.83 (0-1.75), the Dr tell me that could be a Gilbert disease. I didn't been taking the uva ursi at this time. I have gastritis, nausea, fatigue, muscular pain as cramps and difficulty in thinking. I have hypothiroidism in tratment, and fibromialgya I'm taking aminotriptiline 12.5 mg /24 h
I want to know if I have to be worry about the hepatic damage, and I have to take any treatment for to minimise the efects, and I know that the aminotriptiline is hepatotoxic too, I suspended it, but I think that I need it.What can I do. Thank you.

Is there a supplement, or remedy, one could take in conjunction with uva ursi to help prevent, and/or reverse, any possible liver damage?

Uva Ursi is high in tannins and that's what's been linked to POSSBILE liver damage.  The following blurb explains it in more detail:

Even though tannins are thought not to be absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, liver damage has occurred rarely in individuals who took large oral doses of tannins. Although uva ursi has not been studied specifically and no cases in which uva ursi caused liver damage have been reported, it does contain significant quantities of tannin. Oral uva ursi should be used with caution and its component, hydroquinone, which is sold for topical use, should never be taken orally. Individuals with liver conditions should not take uva ursi. Furthermore, children are more likely to suffer liver damage from uva ursi, so it should not be given to children under the age of 12 years.
