Can Hepatitis C be spread through sexual contact?
Yes, but the risk of transmission from sexual contact is believed to be low. The risk increases for those who have multiple sex partners, have a sexually transmitted disease, engage in rough sex, or are infected with HIV. More research is needed to better understand how and when Hepatitis C can be spread through sexual contact.
Can Hepatitis C be spread within a household?
Yes, but this does not occur very often. If Hepatitis C virus is spread within a household, it is most likely a result of direct, through-the-skin exposure to the blood of an infected household member.
What are ways Hepatitis C is not spread?
Hepatitis C virus is not spread by sharing eating utensils, breastfeeding, hugging, kissing, holding hands, coughing, or sneezing. It is also not spread through food or water.

I agree with fretboard that she's not a very good friend if she spit in your face. I think you should re-evaluate your relationship with this person. Life is too short to spend it with jerks.
I also concur that there is no way for you to get Hep C from someone's saliva.
As for her getting Hep C from washing dishes - no way. That simply does not happen. Even having sex is considered a low possibility by the CDC (with the exception of "rough sex" or anal sex that would cause bleeding). The fact that she has a drug problem, depending on what type of drugs she is doing, would be the most likely culprit.
It sounds like she is in deep denial that her own actions resulted in her infection and wants to blame it on some everyday activity like doing the dishes.
This person sounds toxic - my advice would be to find better friends.
"My friend said she got hep C from her roommates boyfriend by touching his dishes while washing them."
I don't think she's a very good friend if she spit on you. And there is no way possible she could get HepC simply by washing dishes.
My friend said she got hep C from her roommates boyfriend by touching his dishes while washing them.
However she slept with a man who is homeless unprotected and has a drug issue.
I told her she probably got it from the unprotected sex with the homeless man, but she insists she got it from doing her roomies dishes.
Is that even possible to get it by touching dishes?
No. Hep c is transmitted by blood to blood contact only. Hep C infected blood would have to enter your blood stream.
