left side chest pain

I often feel a little pinching chest pain right under my left nipple. Some times it comes and disappears after few seconds and sometimes it remains for hours. Some times it is related with breathing and I can’t breath in or out fully. I have to breathe half. After sometimes it disappears itself. This situation often used to come 1-2 times in a year.  I was first diagnosed hcv in 2003 but this situation is as old as 1998.
But now as I have started tx  and im on 7th week, it is on daily basis but this time with no breathing problem. I m worried whether it is muscular pain between ribs or cardiovascular problem?? Can anybody tell me what it is? Is it something serious or not?. My BP often remains at 110/70. I never checked cholesterol as im only 50 kg. im not a fatty man.

Really old post from 2008 I suggest you ask a new question in the forum most related to your problem. This was asked in the Hepatitis C forum do you have hep C?

My best suggestion is to see your doctor as even the best doctor in the world can’t diagnose you in a Internet forum without testing and there are no doctors here.

At times it feels like it is a heart condition in my first 3 months I went to emergency two times ECG showed nothing I guess I was a little Anemic too.
I feel fine now though but it took 6 months...hang in there it does get easier.
