If you read other's posts on starting treatment you will see that side effects are very personal and vary greatly. Will you be able to work? You'll need to tell us on week 25. I would say probably, if you time your injections right. I do mine on Fridays at 9:00 so by Monday at 12:00 my side effects are pretty much gone. By Monday at 9:00 I feel well enough to attend work. Although it's a struggle at times, I've not missed a day. That's just me though. Some people have no side effects at all others are pretty well done in by them. The treatment for genotype 3 though is very successful, about 80% chance of SVR. This makes treatment a good option despite any side effects.

I was fortunate enough to be able to retire after almost 3 months of treatment. I was very very tired upon quitting time, and also had to be cautious of my attitude! I would get angry easy! But hang in there! you can make it!  I hope your employer is as understanding as mine was.

Most people are able to work through treatment. The way we react to tx (treatment) is very individual. I was in bed through the whole 'ordeal'.
