Hey there! Welcome to the forum.  After my biopsy I felt like I had been kicked in the ribs.  I was sore for a while, I would say two to 3 weeks which I was told was unusual. Sure it was.   If the pain is not improving at all you should be seen.  Yes a new drug was just approved in December.  It was refered to as AbbieV for so long I can't remember the real name.  Funny Harvoni was new in October.
This is a really great forum for supportive caring knowledgeable people.  I hope you will keep in touch, ask any questions you may have.  There are many people here helping one another
