Elidel after Treatement

I was left with Rosacea after 48 weeks of treatement with Peg+Riba.
Only Elidel helps to reduce rosacea.
One doc told me that Elidel can harm the liver.
Anyone knows something about that ?
Can the usage of Elidel after treatement (I am UND 15 weeks post Tx) can cause any damage ?

Thank you.
Jack

I think Elidel is safe or I wouldn't take it. I also find Sodium Sulfacetamide 10% and Sulfur 5% lotion very effective.

My Hepa said it can harm the liver.
One Derm told me it can cause cancer.
Another Derm who is a specialist witb Rosacea said that Elidel is an excellent medicine and can not cause any damage.

And this is the only therapy that really help me with the Rosacea.

So it is confusing.

I take Elidel. If you doc isn't a liver specialist (hepatoloigst) I'd take that advice with a grain of salt. If in doubt, ask your treatment doc who hopefully is a hepatologist.
