Thanks everyone just making sure don't want to leave anything out after all the hard work best wishes to all and will keep u posted
Congratulations on getting to(almost) the end of treatment. I agree with the others, take your last injection and then follow it with the final week of Riba pills.
Keep us posted on your viral loads. We love success stories.
Best of luck and on to SVR.
You have it right, you start with a shot and follow it with a week of reba. One could look at it as 48 1 week cycles, a shot and a week of reba. I take my last shot on thursday and last reba on the 17th...Mark
Happy New Year and congrats on finishing treatment.
The peg and riba work together in getting rid of the virus,so one without the other is less effective. You probably have 6 to 7 days of taking ribas after your last injection right,so it's important that you finish all your pills off.You never know last week might the clincher for you to get rid of this virus and after all the trouble you put yourself through one last week won't be so much of a drag, you're approaching the finishing line and it's great feeling.
Best wishes for a SVR

I wondered exactly when is EOT since my circumstances were similar to yours. I knew my EOT was 12/14 so I posted on 12/12 asking the same thing.
I posted and I was happy to hear universal responses that confirmed that I would finished in 2 days. People confirmed I administered my last shot of Interferon the previous Friday and I was on my last week of Riba. So it ends up being where you administer your last shot and take the remaining week of Riba. That should equal the entire 48 weeks from start date to end date.
You dates work out if you administer your last shot on Saturday (the 12th) and continue taking your Riba until 19 Jan. Not sure how this works out since your end date is on a weekend but I had my EOT labs on my end date (the date of my last Riba) so you might want to see if you have an extra labs slip or be sure you have your EOT labs to coincide as close to this date as possible.
Congratulations. I know there had to be rough times but you stuck with it and you made it.
**I am just barely out of this boat myself so someone else will post if my explanation seems skewed
