For those who finished the 12 wk Incivek and gained weight

Have you lost any of the weight gained? I am mortified that I've gained almost 8 lbs in 7 weeks! That's faster than a pregnant person. I am tracking my intake but the fact that I basically stopped exercising makes it hard to not gain. I know it's only temporary and it's an insignificant problem compared to what others are going through but it's really depressing that I can only wear yoga pants and it's not actually to do any yoga.

I am going into my 24th week and bounce back and forth with the weightsince I was on the Incevik it's driving me crazy I've been doing the weight tracker on here and I just don't seem to be getting anywhere watching what I eat the whole nine yards...so I just started my first yoga class last night hoping that helps with losing weight and getting my strength built back up pooie on the fat lol it's gotta go.

I don't know how, but I lost 10 lbs during the 12 weeks of incivek.   After 2 weeks I figured out that the only thing that tasted good was a strawberry milkshake made with Haagendaz ice cream and whole milk.  I figured out that I had approx 210 shakes in a 10 week period.. 3 a day for 10 weeks.  I didn't eat much else because I had no appetite and everything else tasted horrible.  I have lost another 10 lbs since then.. but, I have not been eating any sweets, cookies, chocolate, cake.. or anything like that..  I have 3 weeks left..

I lost weight before treatment, about 22 pounds during the summer. While on Incivek I gained 24 pounds, lol. (I think some of that was because when one loses weight the body has to adjust for a few months and if you eat too much, especially fat, it comes back on fast.) Since stopping Incivek on Dec. 19, I have lost 14 pounds, so it's coming back off.
