Hi,

Re the new format (which I agree is awful), the Aa gives you the option of changing the background color, the way the little wheel at the top of the original format did. (Don't ask me why it's now labeled Aa!)

The various symbols (triangles, stars, bubbles) "are for use later" according to MedHelp. (So why have them there now, with no explanations  instructions, you may ask?)

Do check out several of the threads in the  "Improve MedhHelp Suggestions forum. Many of us have been protesting the change to the new format...

Regards,
bluebutterfly

Now I see what everyone is talking about, I see the new format on my computer, but the old format on my Nook. Maybe their mobile version is the old version still. I don't like the new format either, I can't see who has responded with out opening up each thread.

Hi everyone -

Yes, please do use the Contact Us link, and be constructive, and specific. We are tracking the feedback, and passing it on to our developers.

The link for Contact Us is https://medhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Thanks everyone,

Emily

Ditto what Dee said about contacting MH.  Yesterday I sent an email through "Contact Us" saying I too preferred the old format primarily because of being able to see the name of the poster and respondents without having to open the post.  Got a long nice email back from Amber (MH-Moderator) saying they are anticipating changing the format.  Some folks at random were given this new format temporarily so that MH can get some feedback.  She said the final format has not been decided yet and would appreciate the input from members.

Hi just wanted to say that at the very bottom of this page under support there is a "Contact Us"  That is where they are taking feedback,
If you have a problem with the new format, please let them know as that is our future
Thanks Dee

I'm sorry but this new format is hard to follow.   I'm urging Medhelpto reconsider and bring back the prior layout.  It's so difficult to navigate back and forth and feel as tho my Imput is not being read.
Thanks for your consideration

It's the old format now. Less information is shown on the page and you can't see who all responded to a post. I guess I got used to the circus-like interface that existed before.

If you see the new format again, please tell them what  exactly you don't like.  There is supposed to be a help button someplace and they are only taking information from there allegedly vs the Improve MH which is only for technical problems now but you can see here.

I think they must have changed back to the old format while they work out the bugs in the new layout

ditto what DWBH said.  I read all these entries, but don't see anything different.  But, like her, I am away from home for a few days.  Don't know what I'll see when 8 get home.  Still, my iPad looks just the same.

I don't see the new format today.   It looks like it always has.   I was on vacation in a different part of the state and saw the new format there while logging into medhelp.   It has been this format (old) for two days.   Are you sure the format was changed.  Or is this just a tech error.

I vote for the old format too ! Perhaps we should all go onto medhelp suggestions and vent.

Exactly although I am currently posting on what looks like the old site. The new site is much less robust. Some of us are following each other to see how things are going and it is harder to do that on the changed site.

my request was moved somewhere else
What are the symbols about? What is Aa? Why can't I see names of posters without opening the post?
