my blood work showed hgb 16.4 hct 50.9 wbc10,000 what could this mean

thank you for your responce I value all the replies I receive thank you I compleated treatment and have accived SVR for some time now I did not phrase my question properly I found these in a discharge document and thought the wbc was only 500 units from being out of range and for the wbc to be that high I would think the Dr. would like to keep track or do other test to find the cause or at least warn me to repete with my next Dr
