Almost 6 months post and my hair is so thin and STRAIGHT (something I'd wanted all my life so MUCH and now I look and go waaaaaaaa - be careful what you wish for!).

But it is growing like a weed - still I have on one of my trusty long wigs today...there just isn't enough of it yet in length to make any difference so I don't look like a boy but it has grown probably six inches in total.

I guess I can trade in all my flat irons for a good set of rollers...oy vey something I have NO idea how to use because I'd never ever needed them before!

I can relate to the pain Illona!

I'm 4 months post tx, and my hair is just starting to return to normal.  I'm told it can take up to a year or even more, depending on how long you grow it.

Mine is growing back - at first it was kind of scraggly - and frizzy - but it seems to be calming down.

I'm 5mts post tx... how far out are you?

And are you SVR? UND?

How are your ALTs ASTs?
