need an answer as soon as possible

So I was using my sisters tweezers not thinking about the consequences that came with it when she told me after the fact that I kind of pricked myself && started bleeding but it didn't go in my skin. && she has hep c but I think her is dormant (or how ever you spell that)
My question is  Will I have hep c now.? I'm so worried.!

If she has hep c it is never dormant they used to say that 20 years ago but any doctor who knows about hep c would never say that today.

No symptoms is not the same as dormant most people have few symptoms except for being tired. By the time you have noticible symptoms you have symptoms of liver disease. While other people begin to have other symptoms related to hep c which develop over decades early arthritis for one.

I felt fine for 30 years up until I was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis.

Also if she wants to have a child someday there a small chance of 5% that she could give her baby hep c another reason to be treated.

Your sister should get treatment there is no such thing as dormant hep c. Hep c is a slow acting illness that causes damage over decades. I had hep c for 37 years. After I was infected for 30 years hep c caused my to develop Liver cirrhosis.

You are likely not at risk but your sister should get treated to avoid illness in the future
