Getting your lymphoma into remission was probably pretty tough on your system and I would guess you are still recovering. Does your doctor think you should treat your hep c now? Have you had a liver biopsy?
There are new treatments on the horizon for 1a that are not as taxing on your system. They will take a few years to get approved and are in trials now. If you can wait, these may be a good option. The triple therapy pooh mentioned is pretty effective now but can be harsh on the system. Not nearly as harsh as what you needed to do to get the lymphoma into remission I expect but too much at one time may not be good for you. Your doctors can advice you best as pooh also suggests.
So glad you have your lymphoma under control. Hope you can do likewise with your hep c soon. Be well.
The treatment for Genotype 1 is the triple medication treatment (Interferon, Ribaviron, and a protease inhibitor, either Incivek or Victrelis).
The following link will take you to an article that outlines the Practice Guidelines.

And here is an excellent article about the treatment of Genotype 1. It is several pages so just keep pressing "next":

These articles will give you a lot of information so that when you talk with your hepatalogist and your oncologist you will have some background information.
You do not state which Genotype you are. The Geotype determines which treatment regimen you would use.
As far a taking interferon and retuxon together, I do not know that answer. I think the best information concerning that question, as well as how and when you should treat, should be discussed with both your hepatalogist and your oncologist. They should be collaborating on your diseases and your treatment.
Best of luck.
