“Although FIV is similar to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and causes a feline disease similar to acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) in humans, it is a highly species-specific virus that infects only felines. There is currently no evidence that FIV can infect or cause disease in humans.”

HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus. Not the first word “Human”

“Note the first word”
thank you for your reply. I apologize for my anxiety. but it has fiv, which is a type of hiv in animals. Sorry for the question, but are you a doctor?
Don't get me wrong, I don't mean to offend you. it's more my nervous
FIV stands for Feline immunodeficiency virus

Feline means cat

You are not a cat

I am not a medical professional. There are no doctors here. I just read a lot.

I do have a chronic medical condition which raises my awareness of medical facts in general. I had hepatitis c for 37 years but am now am cured with the medicines approved since 2014. However, because I was infected for so many years I developed liver cirrhosis.

For medical advice see your own doctor.

For being nervous and fearful for no reason either become more educated or seek help for anxiety.
As you yourself said FIV is a type of HIV found in animals (specifically cats) that means the illness is only found in cats. It is not transferable to humans or it would be called something different.
Thank you for being patient and responding to me. so i need to calm down
