Questions like this have come up in the past. As I remember....the answers were obtained by contacting your embassy. They could most likely direct you to getting the answer to your if they don't have one.
I would be obtaining an original letter from your doctor stating you do not have Hepatitis C and can NOT give it to someone else. This would be your benefit even if you are tested ( PCR) to verify that fact. If this is important to you....you might offer to pay for the (PCR) test. Cost could create a denial.

There have been people on here and even on expat forums who went about this the wrong way and were declared unfit by GAMCA. I would ask around on a forum where lots of people have experience with this because once it is in the system it is difficult next to impossible to correct.
