How many have had chronic parotid gland swelling after tx?

Just a question to all our Forum members.  I have wresteled with a chronic parotid gland puffiness and irritation for years.  It used to come and go before my tx'es, and then after tx, became more of a low key, chronic thing without the major swelling and without the return to complete normal either.  The glands always seem slightly protruding, and sometimes feel a little stiff, or even tender....but most of the time feel painless.  I suspect it relates to the "pseudo-Sjogren's" syndrome that I developed from HCV, and that continues to cause my dry gritty, light sensitive eyes to be a nuisance...and often my dry, inflamed sinuses, and throat.  The whole syndrome leads to inflammation in the upper respiratory system and salivary glands....and also seems to cause a chronic on and off throat congestion and laryngitis....I do a lot of constant, year round throat clearing.  But back to the issue, my Parotid glands seem to just want stay irritated and lumpy.  Its been well over a decade, and eight years since my SVR...and they still are not normal.

How many of you out there have had similar, or related issues?  Any thoughts...or solutions???  Thanks for the comments!

Just to be specific, I am talking about the Parotid Glands, which are right in front of the ears, and above the angle of the lower jawbone. It is directly behind the muscle that you feel contracting when you clench your teeth.   I believe that this has been reported as a frequent HCV extrahepatic symptom, and also reported as a side effect of TX.  I am not sure exactly why it persists after therapy.....
