I am joining all of you who are doing the happy dance!

My starting VL was 14,400,000.

I started triple med treatment 9/26/11. (Pegasys, Ribavirin, Incivek)

My 4 week VL was detectable but less than 43.

My 8 week VL which was done on Monday Nov. 11 is: UNDETECTABLE.

Now I am doing the happy dance. (I just hope it stays undetectable.)

Thanks.

I was so worried because of my high viral load. Now I can say that the side effects were worth is (even the shards of glass) and will definitely be worth it if I achieve SVR.

Someone is bound to notice the error in the VL date, LOL.

My 8 week VL was done on Nov. 21, not Nov. 11.

Thanks for the well wishes. I hope we all reach SVR.

Thanks so much!

I was diagnosed in July 2011. I am Genotype 1 (no sub-type). My Liver Biopsy shows Grade 2, Stage 2.

This is the first time treating. I was disappointed (and very worried) when I was still detectable at 4 weeks but I am very happy I am undetected at 8 weeks. I hope we all make it to SVR.

Thanks, ceecee444 and candyce1953.

I am on Pegasys 180 weekly, Ribavirin 600 mg every 12 hours, and Incivek 750 mg every 8 hours.

I don't know my phenotype or anything other than Genotype 1.

Good luck to both of you.
