Just gor back from Hepatologist

Hi all,
I finally got to see a hep dr. I had to take busses, trains and subways...but it was worth it. I feel I am now in capable hands...a big difference from the gastroenterologist...who didn't seem to have much of a clue and wasn't interested enough to wanna know more. The travel i can see being a problem once a month but i gotta do what I gotta do. I am just relieved and feel comfortable with this new dr...i can't tell ya!  just needed to share.

Feels good to know that your seeing someone who actually knows something about what you have? And how to take care of you.

Thank God.

Hi Brad,
You got that right. I asked this new guy..what's the difference between a gastro and a hep dr?  His comment, "the world." From my experience thus far, it seems so.
thanks for your response.

LOL....Thats the way I look at it......I mean come on.....What would you rather have  when buying paint...A paint store rep or a painting contractor to give you advice on paint?......The diff bieng a paint rep just reads whats on the can and what their being told about paint.....But the Painter has the Hands on Experience in the Field to know what does work and what doesn't.
