UND stands for undetectable, this is the desired result on a PCR (viral load) test. SVR is sustained viralogic response (sp?). If your viral load remains UND 6 months after you finish treatment (EOT) then you have a sustained response and you are cured.

The acronyms are very confusing, but you will learn fast.
