Mouth and Nose

Good Day

Expert Members of Forum,

I want to know if i will be in risk.. I had pain in my tooth last two days ago. I don't want to use my hands inside my mouth i use my t shirt (white) to remove some dirt in my painful teeth. when i finished i notice that there's a blood in my shirt so i use again a cotton buds to check if i have some bloody teeth..Theres no blood on cotton buds..

Accidentally i use the shirt also to wipe some dirt in my nose.

My question.

1. If the blood is from another person i use it in the mention situation do you think i will be in risk for hepatitis?

How about i use the same shirt to wipe out some dirt in my nose..if the blood shirt goes to my nose. The blood is in my shirt and i think it is not be transfer by shirt going inside the nose.

Do i have a risk?

There is no risk.

You say you used "cotton buds" to check if your mouth was bleeding and it wasn't. So even if (a big IF) the blood on your shirt happened to be infected with HCV, you had no open cut/active bleeding in your mouth in which to receive the infected blood. HCV is passed blood to blood.
