thanks a lot! i made a lot of search to internet about post transplant care but of coarse direct info from transplant patient itself is a lot more better, maybe we are just happy and excited thats why sometimes we feel in a hurry to get back everything to normal, although we know that it will take one at a time.

Good bless all of us!!!

I wouldn't advise using any supplements without clearing it with transplant first.
Generally a multi vitamin without iron is okay but again, I would clear it first.
I assume you know that grapefruit can interfere with the anti rejection drugs but, in case you don't, grapefruit should be avoided and particularly around the time he takes his meds. Personally, I never eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice.
My advice is that you should feed him a well balanced diet complete with fruits and vegetables. I was advised not to eat rare meat (medium well was fine) and no runny eggs or raw seafood, clams or oysters. I imagine you have a book which outlines all of this. I think you should take it slow and easy and use common sense. It does take time and trying to accelerate the process might lead to problems that could be avoided. Good luck, Mike

I'm assuming a liver transplant?  Regardless, I'm happy for both of you that he received the transplant and approaching the third month post mark.  I don't know the answers to your questions, except it is wise that anyone eat responsibly.  Have you asked his transplant surgeon and/or doctor?  Again congratulations!
