Tinctures technically are an alcohol-based extract, which is an incorrect characterization of the items mentioned... and if one wanted to really save money, from an out-of-pocket viewpoint, supplements are actually considerably less money than SOC. "Saving" is relative.
Wikipedia notes: "tinctures cannot be subjected to high temperatures and are thus considered a 'non-critical' passive methodology..."
I'm thinking maybe we could use more tinctures here and there.
Save yourself some money. Milk Thistle tincture.
Good Luck
Can I hear the theme song? Why, I can practically see Rod Serling from my house! I’ve been told I *live* in the Twilight Zone, Ev… ;)

Thanks Bill,
You are always so helpful with links. :>) I tend to have brain fog despite not having hep c. Do you suppose these could be occult clouds...(Can you hear the Twilight Zone theme?)
Blessings,
Ev
Well, it is actually " below" but says "Gauf's list of HR's supplements" as the heading.

I didn't see this post before I posted HR's list above.
Sorry,
Ev
