How can the doctor determine when you have reached SVR? I have always wondered about that. Is there a test or just time will tell. Let me know what you know about this. Sunshine & Peaches..BTW I just end in Sunshine and Peaches cause it sounds soooo pretty..and in this dragon world we need pretty a lot..lol

The key thing is to think sustained. ( Sustained Viral Response)
Think of the definition of sustained as maintained.

SVR (or often more recently SVR12, SVR24, SVR36 etc) just means that their is no detectable virus 24(?) (or nn) weeks after completing treatment ('dosing').

So it's just the usual viral-load test, but at a particular time.
