I should think two heads would be more efficient than one when dealing with myriad of post treatment stress disorders I've seen here.

UND does not mean you are cured of HCV. SVR means you are cured of HCV and if you reach SVR you have +99% of chance of remaining HCV free. Will that number change? An interesting question, let's hope it doesn't!

And until enough time has passed that specific long term side effects are directly associated with the DAA's unfortunately interferon will continue to be blamed whether it's the cause or not.
We don't know a lot about long term damage because they have not been around long term. There is no claim that relapsing is gone, but the chance of relapse is reduced. As always you have to measure the potential for damage from HCV with the potential for damage with the drugs.
