How is fibroscan results interpreted and how is it compared with biopsy?

My bad, after further reading I found in the article that is said about 200.

I live in Delaware and I plan to try to find out where in Philly or Baltimore I can get a fibroscan procedure done. Do you know the cost of the procedure or how the cost compares to the cost of a liver biopsy?

Personally...Any FS I have had done has correlated to the 2 biopsies I have had done and has also correlated with the fibrosure blood test ,now also used in conjuction  with the FS by many hepatologists.

  FS is becoming more and more widely used.

The FDA has just  a few months ago  approved its use in the U.S.
However like any means to ***** liver damage(fibrosis) it is not error prone.
