i have always had really nice teeth, see the dentist on a regular basis. i recently had my cleaning done, my teeth have been really sensitive, now they think i have gum disease, they want me to see a specialist. i am going to wait till tx is over i just brush and floss after anything i eat, i do not know what else to do at this point. good luck to you mary ann

I'd like to blame tx on the periodontal problems which cost me a small fortune to fix but they were there before treatment.  During treatment I did my 6 month check ups but I wasn't very diligent about flossing and to be honest sometimes I would fall asleep without brushing or flossing because I didn't feel good and I was lazy.  Serves me right.

I guess I was fortunate with my teeth, one or 2 cavaties since TX.  My tongue hurt more than my gums and still does a lot.

Have fun with your child and school.  Very gald that you are SVR

GREAT news Beck!  We are all warned that teeth issues might be a problem for us but when considering trading in a few teeth for a healthy liver it wins me out every time.  My gums hurt too - I thought it was just me with that so I'm glad you mentioned it at least I know we are both crazy together if anything :)

So very glad you are doing so well that is just a great great update!
