This board has changed

I am new to this board but it seems that it has changed and is less medical in nature.  Is this my imagination?  I do like the personal support, but going to a site for medhelp is always great.  Is this my imagination?  Mar

I know, it is disappointing to see individuals selling their drugs, legal, business to people who are looking for a reliable place to go for advice.  In the couple months I have been on there has been alot.

Nope, not your imagination. It's gotten more commercial and killed a few spirits in the process.
