I suggest if you continue to have excessive worry about things with a very, very low probability to near zero of occurring that your greatest health concern of detriment to your well being is this excessive worry. You may consider speaking with your doctor about counseling or possibly prescribing some anti-anxiety medication as opposed to worrying about the low possibility of contracting a now very curable illness.
You might as well worry about catching a difficult to contract cold from someone hundreds of miles away from you.

I think the chances of infection under those circumstances are about as likely as being hit by lightening on a sunny day! I'm no expert but seriously!!! Don't worry.. It's considered rare to get it from sex.. So, yeah.. Lots more fluid swapping in that situation than what you just described.
