WHEN I WAS FIRST DIAGNOSED I HAD A FIBRO SCORE OF 52 AFTER TREATMENT MY FIBRO SCORE IS

64  NOW IS IT NORMAL   TO BE MORE AFTER TREATMENT AND STILL BE UND..........EVERY OTHER TEST

IS NORMAL AND THERE IS A LONG PAGE OF THOSE THIS IS 6 MONTHS AFTER TREATMENT TREATMENT

ENDED IN JUNE 2012 HAD THIS DONE IN DEC. JUST NOTICED IT ON BLOOD WORK . WHEN THE DR

CALLED HE JSUT SAID I WAS STILL UND AND I WAS SO HAPPY . BUT I ASK NOW FOR BLOOD WORK

SO NOT GONE TO HIM YET .

sorry alt was normal  other was little high I reversed them.....

the ast and alt were all down ast was in normal range alt was almost within normal range it is like 10 above what should be.
My other scores were within normal range. If you remember alt and ast  really did go up during treatment but was down a lot with that blood work.
Today family dr did the blood work for me and hoping to see normal on them  i go back to HIP dr in mid June ,

It's like Ceanothus says. 52 is in the same range as 64 on the Fibrotest to Metavir Conversion chart. The chart was pretty small so I am not sure how legible it is but 0.59 - 0.75 is in the same range (converted to F3 for Metavir)

I don't get why AST (SGOT) is not on there. But I do not really know all the components of those non-invasive tests and how they work.

Did it have reference intervals?

Congratulations on achieving SVR! That is fabulous news. I can't offer much insight into your fibrotest scores except to say that I believe a change from 52 to 64 is probably not significant for this test. My impression of this test is that it is not terribly precise or accurate and gives more of an "in the ballpark" kind of result. I hope someone with more definitive understanding of it will come along with more info for you, but in the meantime my advice is to rejoice in the SVR!
