Hi Bali!
You're almost to the finish line! Yes, my gums have definitely receded but I don't think internal root asorption is the direct result of that. The cause is officially listed as unknown but the body attacking itself sounds like an autoimmune malfunction. Up to this point I've had few troubles with teeth and gums. I must admit, however, that staying horizontal during tx precludes diligent oral hygiene.
Did you know that receding gums can be caused by rough brushing? Use a soft brush to gently massage gums in a circular motion. I don't have any suggestions for dry mouth, just keep yourself hydrated which you're probably already doing. You went UND fairly early if I recall, is that right?
Best regards,
KF
hi kittyface,
Always good to hear from you and congrats to your continued UND status.
Perfect just perfect !
As far as the teeth go do you have receding gums with that?
That`s what I am experiencing (currently wk30 of 48) so far I blame
extreme dry mouth at night and all the Biotene ect... products
only help temporarily.
