Hi and welcome.  You need a new Dr.  Hep C does not affect the nervous system.  Spotting blood and kidney pain is something that needs further testing from a Dr.  It's unlikely that this is related to the Hep C virus. You really need to get this evaluated as it could be serious.
Let us know what you find out.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Have you been tested for Viral Load and Genotype?

Are you on treatment, or have you been?

Like WalkingEagle said, lots of questions so we can give you sensible answers.
