Because you had a detectable vl at 12 wks you are considered a slow responder. Mine was 793. 60 is very low. Unfortunately you'll never know if that was an accurate reading or not because you may have cleared the virus since last PCR. Sometimes the lab has additional blood on hand and they can retest for accuracy. This may be something to discuss with your doctor because I do not know how long the blood can remain on hand before it is no long viable for retest. Did you doctor mention extending treatment to 72 wks? The reason I mention this is because if you actually cleared the virus by 12 wks extending tx is not necessary.
Good Luck and hoping tx goes will for you.

I'm afraid he's right...if it took you 12 weeks to get to 60, you're a slow responder. He'll want to take you to 72 weeks...
I'm so sorry...we G1's sign on for 48 weeks...it hurts to have to go so much longer...
I don't know your details of the progress of the virus or the damage it's already done...if you're low grade fibrosis, you might seriously consider regrouping after the PI's get added to the cocktail...again, I don't know if you can afford to wait.
good luck
