"I don't know really if the virus can survive in environmental surface and become infectious"

How long does the Hepatitis C virus survive outside the body?

The Hepatitis C virus can survive outside the body at room temperature, on environmental surfaces, for at least 16 hours but no longer than 4 days.

Its simple...don't do any of the things that put you at risk and you'll be fine. Id worry about other things than Hep C...

Take care

Basiclly it is very hard to spread any Of the ways you mentioned
Direct IV drug use needle sharing
Tattoos with other people in unsanitary conditions
Or with dirty equipment
Blood transfusions with infected blood
Are way I know you can get it
I have been married 12 years and shared everything with my wife and she never got it
You won't get it from kissing or anything like that
I wouldn't worry about passive contact
I have had this since I was 20  so 20 yrs
and noone else except me has it that are in my direct circle
Good luck
